The Beach Life Fuel and Fitness is a 12 week plan designed to fit around your lifestyle.  With beautiful, simple fresh food and exercise sessions, the plan is sustainable in the long term, so that you can lead a longer, healthier and happier life.  

Drawing on my background as a chef, I’ve created deliciously easy, quick and simple recipes, using seasonal produce to fuel your body.  I believe that this is one of the most important, if not the most important part of a successful training plan.  My recipes are combined with short, 30 minute exercise sessions, combining Sweat, Strength and Recovery sessions which can be done anywhere, at anytime.

Fuel

Fuelling your body correctly is the key to long term success.  
Food and nutrition is by far the most important area to concentrate on when working through the plan. 
The recipes have been designed to work seamlessly with The Beach Life Fitness.  You will learn how to create delicious, fresh and simple recipes from scratch that the whole family will love.

Sweat

30 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) and circuit based sessions.
These sessions are designed to torch body fat and guaranteed to get your heart rate up, leaving you feeling energised and burning calories, long after the workout has finished.  

Strength

Strengthening your whole body, including your core, by using your own body weight along with strength bands  to provide a full body balanced workout.

Recovery

A combination of low intensity exercise including stretching and mobility drills to help repair and relax your body.
