Just 30 minutes a day to get you through Winter

Take your training outdoors this winter with this time efficient workout using just a strength band. Summer will be here before you know it so don’t leave it too late to get started. 

Build short exercise sessions like this into your week throughout the cooler months and step into spring and summer ahead of the game. I love training outdoors, it’s a fantastic way to wake up the body and recharge the mind.

Winter Warrior Workout

Use a strength band when performing the following exercises, remember the thicker the strength band, the tougher the workout.

  • Push ups
  • Shoulder press
  • Front squat
  • Upright row
  • 200m sprint

Work through 12 repetitions on each exercise as circuit, then finish with a 200m sprint.  At the end of each circuit, rest for 1 minute and repeat for 5 rounds.
