About Richard

A Qualified Personal Trainer since 2010, Richard is also a Qualified Chef who worked in restaurants in England.

Working with clients in Sydney’s northern beaches Richard saw the amazing transformations his clients were going through by following a structured exercise plan and a nutritionally balanced diet. His ultimate goal is to inspire people to change their lives by simplifying their approach to exercise and nutrition.
